I loved the property and its amazing breakfast.
All in all everything was superb, had a really nice stay for 6 nights. Booked apartment with spacius bathroom. I could use a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. It was in an unbeatable location close to restaurants and bars...

Very kind and nice staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Bright and clean room with clean bathroom and feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Had a handy kitchenette.

The location offered great access to local attractions.
Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was inconsistent throughout my stay. I often found myself unable to connect on higher floors and had to rely on other networks in the lobby. The temperature control was problematic. I felt uncomfortably warm in my room and the common areas.

The reasons I'm conflicted
Really good staff. The prime location near Republic Square was a major plus, with access to restaurants and shopping.
My room had an inconvenient shower setup that resulted in water pooling. Breakfast options were disappointing for a four-star hotel.

Yo, this place's got a sweet vibe. The staff? Super friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are comfy, and I loved the free water they brought daily. Location's prime-just a quick walk to check out the sights. But beware the parking scene. It's a mess in the city. Good breakfasts too, especially those omelettes!

Consider asking for extra blankets if you're tall, as beddings can be on the smaller side.

The Boulevard in Yerevan impressed me with its amazing location-everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. The beautiful room with a garden view was clean and mirrored the photos online. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and the staff serving it were really good, always ready to help. I enjoyed the daily water supply in the room and found the complimentary wifi reliable. The bathroom setup wasn't ideal. The toilet felt cramped next to the shower, a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit too warm in the hotel. The air conditioning didn't seem to help much as I felt constant warmth in the halls. Despite these issues, my overall experience felt more positive due to the location and room quality.
